KENNEDY SHIRT FROM ANOTHER ASPECT
It the first time Kennedy has created a garment from scratch in collaboration with Copenhagen based brand ‘‘Another Aspect. It’s a take on an overshirt in 100% linen that can be worn as a shirt too. Here are a few words about the shirt and details for purchasing one.
"Our collaboration with Kennedy Magazine grew from a friendship and a shared allure for the menswear staple that is the overshirt—a piece that can be worn in many ways as years pass, be it as over a t-shirt on a warm summer's eve or as a light jacket on chillier days. For the design of the shirt, we drew hints from a shirt that jazz icon Chet Baker wore in Bruce Weber's movie "Let's Get Lost" from 1988, interpreting the familiar silhouette of the CPO navy shirt through our universe. By adding subtle details to the design, we sought to make a design that was characterful in its look while being something that you can wear for years into the future.
Pre-order is open now until August 7th and the shirt will be shipped within 2 weeks after.”
