KENNEDY ISSUE 9 PARIS EXCURSION BY CHRIS KONTOS
A couple of weeks ago I traveled to Paris for the launch of Kennedy’s 9th issue and spent a few days with old and new friends that made the unforgiving cold feel warmer somehow. From Vaneau station to Cluny – La Sorbonne I started my days with a savoury bun with Comte and butter at Circus bakery while chatting endlessly with my lovely new Canadian friend, Chanelle. A walk across the snowy Notre Dame to Marais for a coffee at Boot with Joseph. Too many Peat Manhattans at Harry’s Bar. Lunches with Tracey at Chez Nenesse over a glass of Bordeaux. Pasta with smoked mozarella in a plastic bowl after Gio Ponti’s magnificent exibition at Museum Arts Et Decoratifs. The best espresso by Yuchi at Visvim Showroom. Fried chicken and ramen. Smiles and red wine at 0fr with a white issue. Lamb with couscous at Chez Omar with the gang. Exploring the 16th with cafe creme at Holiday in good company. This trip had everything. Have a look for yourselves!
